Following the recent guesting of Song Joong-ki in Park Bo Gum’s fan meets in Asia and his posting their photos together on his Instagram account, the “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” actor is being suspected of being the third party in the alleged SongSong relationship.
Beyond Male Bonding
Although the two acknowledge they are bromance partners, some fans and media are thinking they have advanced in their relationship from male bonding to a romantic one. It did not help that during the Singapore fan meet, Park Bo Gum even told Song Joong-ki the words “God Bless You” and “I Love You” in front of thousands of fans.
Although hearing those words made Song Joong-ki feel uncomfortable, Park Bo Gum nevertheless said that if he were a girl, he would want to be with Song Joong-ki. Those words are true and came from his heart, Park Bo Gum said, Korea Portal reported.
The reports of a deep friendship between the actors come amid an observation that after the KBS Drama Award 2016 on Dec. 31, Song Joong-ki and Song Hye Kyo have not been seen together. It led to speculations that the SongSong couple had split even if they never even admitted to be in a relationship.
Like a Brother Only
But Song Joong-ki insisted that he considers Park Bo Gum like a brother only, although some fans find it hard to believe. That’s because the “Descendants of the Sun” actor reportedly had been buying food and other things his bromance partner, according to Korean Portal.
Meanwhile, in a press conference in Singapore last week before the fan meet, he told host Danny Yeo that he wants to appear with Song Joong-ki in a family-themed production where they would play brothers who had not met for a long time, Soompi reported. His reply, hopefully would quash suspicions of a romantic relationship between the Domino’s Pizza endorsers.
