"NCIS" Season 14 episode 17 will not be airing on Feb. 28, Tuesday. The show will resume its run next week with the episode titled "What Lies Above?" Here is what happens next. Read on to find out what McGee and other Naval Criminal Investigative Services agents are up to.

In the upcoming segment, McGee will make a shocking discovery. Meanwhile, a career shift for Director Vance might be in store.

According to Spoiler TV's description for "NCIS" Season 14 episode 17, there has been an attempt of a robbery at McGee's apartment. When he arrives at home, he is shocked to see his apartment torn apart by a robber in search of something of a great value.

Upon investigation, he discovers that something of a great value has been hidden in the house that he is not aware of. He finds out that the previous owner of the house has hidden the invaluable item.

In addition, the show will focus on Director Vance. The director might be considering a shift in career and he is encouraged by Congresswoman Flemming.

News publication Christian Post is speculating that Vance will soon put in his papers and resign from his post in NCIS as he considers entering politics. If need be, Gibbs is speculated to be the number one candidate to replace Vance as a director.
