Domino’s Pizza in South Korea has come up with a third commercial still riding on the bromance rumor between “Descendants of the Sun” actor Song Joong-ki and “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds actor Park Bo Gum. Song Joong-ki lost no time in posting on his Instagram account two images from the commercial.
And as expected, the photos showed the pair happy while sharing a pizza. It was Park Bo Gum delivering the Domino’s Pizza box. In the video, he is heard saying “Premiere box!” several times, AllKPop reported.
Gone Gay?
The photos went viral with one image getting more than 260,000 likes and the other almost 150,000 likes in three days. It also elicited thousands of comments touching on their being a “romantic item.” Bleong111 noted two are “good partners.” Zacharydorkus was more direct when he wrote in Filipino: “Nabakla na si bo gum kay joong ki” which means Bo Gum has become gay because of Joong Ki.
However, the video that Song Joong-ki posted is a snippet of the real commercial in which Park Bo Gum was repeating “Ke Boom Box.” Some commenters wrote that they could not understand what the two actors were saying, although ramneet_kalauna pointed out their “expressions were so cute.”
But the unshown commercial is effective even if what the fans saw was just the two joking since several followers of the actors commented they suddenly became hungry and wanted to order Domino’s Pizza.
“Running Man” Guesting
Besides the pizza commercial, Korea Portal reported that the two might appear together in the March 12 episode of “Running Man.” It cited a Soompi report that Park Bo Gum would help Song Ji Hyo and Lee Kwang Soo complete a mission which would force them to ask help from friends. Since Park Bo Gum would guest, many speculate Song Joong-ki would also show up as support to his bromance partner.
