Tension rises and drama escalates in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 11 on its all-new Episode 16 airing March 19, 2015. The upcoming segment is titled "Don't Dream its Over" and will revolve around some of the popular couples of Grey Sloan Memorial hospital, including April and Jackson, Callie and Arizona, and Meredith and Derek.

The last-aired episode ended with a bulldozer of a cliffhanger regarding around Meredith and Derek's relationship. When Meredith called her husband to share the news about her latest success, a mysterious woman answered his phone. This got Meredith wondering if Derek is cheating on her again.
ABC has released synopsis for Episode 16 of "Grey's Anatomy" on its official website. According to the report, Meredith will face her "biggest fears" about Derek in this episode. Should Meredith be worried about her husband stepping out on her once again?
The promo video for "Don't Dream it's Over" shows Meredith talking to Alex about it. "He's not cheating on me, right?" Meredith asks Alex.
Meanwhile, Arizona learns Callie might already be moving on in her life without her. Another promo video for Episode 16 gives a glimpse of Callie's kiss with another woman that is witnessed by Arizona. Meanwhile, a new patient's medical condition leads to an in-depth discussion between Maggie and Richard about Alzheimer's disease. Further, the episode will reveal how April and Jackson are dealing with the loss of their first baby and their battle to restore normalcy.
Chatting with E!Online, show's creator Shonda Rhimes reveals what's in store for April and Jackson after experiencing the tragic loss. According to Rhimes, the couple may not be ready for another baby for now as they try to move on. "They will be focused on other things. If that experience is going to cause them to search elsewhere," Rhimes said.
