Mystic Story’s Upcoming Girl Group Prepares For Debut With First Performance Release On YouTube

Music label Mystic Story's new K-pop girl group is preparing for its debut. The label launched the official YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter accounts of the yet unnamed band on September 27.

Music Story also shared a video of Kim Si Yoon, Fukutomi Tsuki, and Moon Sua's cover of Beyoncé's "Diva". The three trainees showcased an intense performance with unique charms. Lia Kim was involved in the overall direction and Youjin Kim of 1Million Dance Studio created the energetic choreography.

1Million Dance Studio is a global dance crew with a whopping 24.3 million subscribers on YouTube. It is the first performance video released by Mystic Rookies. The video is already garnering favorable attention and reviews from fans worldwide with its skillful visuals.

Mystic Story's well-known trainee team Mystic Story Girls or Mystic Story Rookies are going to make their debut sometime this November. There are rumors that ex "Girls Planet 999" contestant Kim Su Yeon, Fukoto Mitsuki, Kim Si Yoon, Kim Ha Ram, former "Unpretty Rapstar 2" contestant Moon Sua who is also the younger sister of ASTRO's Moonbin, and actress Kim Soo Hyun of "A-Teen" series would make up the six members of the girl group. The agency is yet to confirm the news.

In the first teaser images that the label released, six girls can be seen hidden in masks and low-lighting.

Founded by Yoon Jong Shin, Mystic Story is a comprehensive entertainment content company and agency known for artists such as LUCY, Jeong Jinwoon, Minseo, Brown Eyed Girls, Hareem, Jung In, and Minseo. The label has been preparing the debut of the new K-pop girl group for a long time.

In 2020, the agency opened an Instagram account named Mystic Rookies for introducing their trainees and posting updates about them. The Mystic Story Girls got attention as a well-known trainee team, however, the team has gone through several member changes since its inception.

Earlier this year in May, Mystic Story announced that their first girl band will make its debut in the second half of the year, during winters. According to a report, Mystic Story revealed that the six-member group, which will include Moon Sua and Kim Su Hyun, is currently working hard for their official debut.

Meanwhile, the mystery revolving around what kind of activities and appearance the Mystic Rookies will show in the future is growing.

Mystic Rookies posted the performance video through the official YouTube channel at 11:11 pm KST on September 27, simultaneously launching the other social media accounts.
