True to the Run BTS signature characteristic, the episode began with the members singing Black Gomusin repeatedly until they all finished the lyrics accurately.

The musical session started with Jungkook and Jin rapping together to Outsider's Loner. The performance visibly impressed J-Hope, Suga, and RM. After this, Rim took over for an emotionally charged performance, belting out Nauls' Memory of the Wind, which left his fellow band members in splits.

The next performance by V had him singing Exhibition's My Tipsy Confession and Buzz's Coward. According to Jungkook, at this point, the performance felt like a Taehyung concert. Next in the line-up was Jin who belted out Park Hyo Shin's Wild Flower.

Fans praised Jin, who is known as the King of High Notes, for easily switching between high and low notes. The performance showcased his wide range with the near-perfect rendition of the soulful notes. After that Suga performed Lee Hyori's 10 minutes and My Love By My Side.

Jungkook chose Tim's I Love You for his performance and Jimin chose a song from BTS itself, Butter. J-Hope added even more pizzaz to the event by singing the sensational Gangnam Style by Psy, which brought back happy memories not only for Korean fans but fans all over the world.

Once the individual performances were over, the member who had scored the least in the musical competition was asked to choose another BTS member to perform the penalty task together. Suga, who had the least score, picked RM and the duo was asked to go to Seoul's Lotte Tower and cross the sky bridge as well as do the Permission to Dance challenge there.

For fans, the musical episode felt like a fun mini-concert. Though the latest Run BTS came across as a treat for the BTS: Army, fans are also looking forward to the most famous K-pop group's first in-person post-pandemic concert in the US. BTS recently made an announcement that they will be performing in Los Angeles for four nights on the dates November 27-28 and December 1-2 at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood.
