Justin Bieber has landed himself in big egal trouble. Two former neighbours of the mega star have filed a lawsuit against him in which they have accused Bieber and his bodyguards of repeatedly harassing them and vandalizing their houses.
In the recently filed lawsuit, Jeffrey and his wife Suzanne Schwartz, have accused Bieber of frequently holding loud parties, drug use, aggressive driving and emotional distress. The lawsuit has been filed nearly one year after Schwartz had accused Bieber of pelting eggs at his house.Bieber was charged with vandalism and was ordered to pay $80,000 in restitution for the damages.
However, a fresh lawsuit has been filed again by Schwartz recently in which it is mentioned that Bieber spat in Jeffrey's face and threatened to "f---ing kill" him when the latter complained about the reckless driving by the pop star at dangerous speeds on the street of their gated community in Calabasas, California, CNN reported.
It is also mentioned in the lawsuit that Bieber's bodyguards were abusive and often taunted Jeffrey by passing remarks like, "what are you going to do about it, Jew boy?" Schwartz has also claimed in the lawsuit that Bieber used to hurl obscenities at his wife and minor daughter, TMZ reported.
The new lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages and a jury trial for the emotional distress which has been suffered by Schwartz for living in the vicinity to the "Baby" hit maker. Schwartz has claimed that Bieber, along with his enourage of body guards and friends, had terrorized the whole neighborhood as long as he lived there with his loud parties, drag races and abusive behaviour.
Bieber has a long history of legal troubles with cases like careless driving and resisting arrest registered against him. The latest lawsuit filed on Thursday says that the neighbourhood in the gated community in Calabass suffered nine months of offensive behaviour shown by Bieber and his team of bodyguards. Schwartz's family was subjected to constant harassment by Bieber, his bodyguards and the constant crowd of media and crazy fans present outside his house.
Bieber has moved out of Calabasas residence few months back and is now living in a rented accommodation in Beverly Hills. He sold the house for $7.2 million to Khloe Kardashain last year.
