The year 2015 is going to be a brighter year for HTC. HTC has recently launched a better version of their well-regarded flagship Android smartphone, The HTC One M9. This could be the one to lift the company back up to business again.

HTC One M9 2015 version was shaped to a more premium feel than its previous models. However, it has the risk of feeling dated two years on. The sturdy components and powerful Snapdragon 810 chipset, could possibly compensate the the M9's 20-megapixel camera. It is not much any better than the UltraPixel shooter HTC, Engadget reported.

Many find it confusing when the M9 is compared to the previous year's M8. Its metal unibody design of this year's M9 is very much the same to that of the M8 or its previous generation. To add more of the similarities are the BoomSound speaker, its 5inch 1080p Super LCD 3 display, and customized Android software.

Many of the company's executives have left amid weak financials, and outside of their flagship offerings, HTC has been struggling to sell their smartphones up against strong Asian competitors. HTC turned to lifestyle products the previous year so to drive up the company's profits, however, there was only the Re-action camera that was released and it was not enough, according to Tech Spot.
