Breaking her silence for the first time since the tragedy struck, Cissy Houston, grandmother of Bobbi Kristina, has announced that chances of Kristina's full recovery are quite bleak. The 81-year-old has confirmed that Kristina's condition is still the same and there is "still not a great deal of hope."

Cissy, mother of the legendary singer was speaking on a radio show at WBLS FM 107.5. Cissy sounded hopeless and dejected while explaining the medical condition of the 22-year-old.

"They've moved her now to a place for rehabilitation," said Cissy during the interview. "[There's] still not a great deal of hope. We're praying. ... I give it to God one time 'cause I know he's able and I cannot change a thing."

Kristina, the only child of late iconic singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, has been moved recently to a medical rehab centre, New York Daily News reported. The celebrity child was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Jan 31 and is in medically induced coma since then.

Cissy also appeared to have accepted the ill fate of her granddaughter as she said that she will be alright if something happens to Kristina. Watch the full interview below.

Meanwhile, it is reported that the family members of Kristina wanted to move her to medical rehab much earlier, but the decision was prolonged due to Bobby Brown.

According to report by FOX411, Kristina is showing "absolutely no signs of life lately," but Brown is still hoping for a miracle and is clinging to false hopes. Cissy has reportedly agreed to pull the plug on life support system but Brown is adamant and still hoping for some miracle to happen that might revive his daughter.

Kristina was rushed to hospital after being discovered face down in the bathtub and was placed in medically induced coma soon after. Disturbing details emerged in later weeks about injury marks on Kristina's body, the possibility of a foul play, drug overdose and removal of evidences from crime scene.
