A fan-favorite character will appear in the next episode of "Supernatural" Season 10. The fans of the CW TV series will be pleased to see actor Jim Beaver return as Bobby Singer in "Supernatural" season 10 episode 17 titled "Inside Man."
The CW Network released a promo video for the next episode of "Supernatural" season 10. Hunter Bobby Singer's current status is deceased but the CW TV series has found a way to make the "Supernatural" character appear again on the show.
The upcoming episode is expected to focus on the Mark of Cain on Dean Winchester's (Jensen Ackles) arm. Rowena (Ruth Connell) declares that the Mark of Cain is just a curse.
The voiceover in the promo video teases the Winchesters will raise the dead and bury the living in order to find the cure for the Mark of Cain. "Who made you boss?" Bobby Singer declares in the clip.
The next scene shows Castiel (Misha Collins) instructing Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) to shoot Metatron (Curtis Armstrong). The promo video ends with Crowley (Mark Sheppard) telling his mother the quote about keeping friends close and enemies closer. The brief synopsis of "Supernatural" season 10 episode 17 teased that characters Dean Winchester and Rowena will cross paths again. Rowena became interested with the Winchester brothers in the previous episode after finding out that they are surviving members of the secret organization called the Men of Letters.
As for Sam and Castiel, the duo will follow up on a lead they found regarding the troublesome Mark of Cain. Bobby Singer may be dead but the "Supernatural" character could still help the Winchesters' current problem with what he knows.
Sam and Dean Winchester always contact Bobby Singer or go to his place to ask for help in solving cases before he died in "Supernatural" Season 7. Bobby Singer is currently in Heaven after Sam rescued his soul in Crowley's Hell in "Supernatural" season 8 episode 19 titled "Taxi Driver."
The character was last seen in "Supernatural" season 10 episode 1 titled "I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here" in Sam's subconscious when he was in a coma. Bobby Singer was only mentioned in "Supernatural" season 10 episode 6 titled "Ask Jeeves" when the Winchesters worked on a case involving a shapeshifter.
