Giuliana Rancic is probably sick of the public back lash which she faces due to her extreme skinny frame. The TV personality has opened up for the first time and admitted that she is knows that she is too thin.

"I'm sorry that some people think I'm disgustingly skinny, as they put it, but there's nothing I can do," USA Today quoted the E!News anchor. The 40-year-old co-host of "Fashion Police" slammed the reports that she is suffering from eating disorders due to which she appears dangerously thin.

After her red carpet appearances this award season, particularly at the Golden Globes, the host was under fire for her thin frame.

"Some people were saying, 'The cancer is probably back.' And they were accusing me of every eating disorder," said the co-founder of FabFitFun, a woman's health, beauty, and fashion website.

Rancic revealed that she found people's comments about her body weight quite hurtful as there is nothing she could do about it. She claims in her recent interview with People that she has a good appetite and eats "robust, healthy, balanced diet and dessert almost every night."

Rancic was diagnosed with early stage of breast cancer in  in 2011 and had to undergo a double mastectomy. The Fashionista has now recovered fully but is still on cancer medication, which alters metabolism and is probably the cause of her thin frame.

Not only on physical front, Rancic and her husband Bill Rancic are also struggling with fertility issues since long time. The couple reportedly had tried to conceive since 2009 but getting pregnant became more difficult after the detection of cancer in 2011.

The couple opted for surrogacy and welcomed a son, Edward Duke Rancic, in August 2012. After the birth of their first child, the couple had three embryos left, out of which they tried to implant two again into the surrogate in the hope of twins.

The woman miscarried weeks later but Rancic was still hopefull for her third one. The couple lost their final embryo recently when the surrogate carrying it miscarried again.
