Floyd Mayweather Jr. took the expertise of Quiana Jeffries, also known as "Master Chef Q" through the social networking site Instagram; paying her $1000 per plate, the Next Shark reported.

While she was rendering chef services for a celebrity life coach in Los Angeles in the summer, images of her meals were being shared on Instagram. The American boxing champion's assistant, who is following the life coach's personal account on the same social networking site, saw the chef's work and followed Master Chef Q on her account, since then.

The call came a day after where Chef Q was flown to Las Vegas from Los Angeles to become Mayweather's exclusive chef for two months while the training for the big event is taking place and because she is Mayweather's chef 24-hours a day, Master Chef Q goes with him everywhere.

Chef Q prepares meals that are high in protein and low in carbohydrates with abundant vegetables. Fast food is not allowed. The boxer, also, likes gumbo, spaghetti, fried chicken, turkey meatloaf, oxtail, and all sorts of fish specifically tilapia and salmon. The chef shares that his boss does eat no pork, some sweets, but indulges in Twizzlers when he feels like it.

Meanwhile, the official Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather commercial was launched Tuesday PST on several social media sites, featuring the two champions while being up-close-and-personal with their ring attires on and MGM on the background, Rappler shared.

Mayweather, 26 knockouts, looked subdued, clam and noticeable larger than his Filipino opponent while Pacquiao, 38 knockouts, appeared in a Roberto Duran-esque snarl.
