The singer-songwriter and actor, Justin Timberlake, is now a father as his wife, actress Jessica Biel, has given birth to a baby boy on Saturday.
The couple welcomed their first child during morning hours of April 11. The baby boy has been named Silas Randall Timberlake, as an homage to his parental lineage.
"My amazing son and his beautiful wife have given us the most precious gift in the world," Timberlake's mother, Lynn, wrote on the social media account, Us Weekly reported. "Silas Randall Timberlake! Named after my father and my son! Life is beautiful and we couldn't be happier."
Further details of the newborn are yet unknown. It is confirmed that both mother and child are doing well and the father is "ecstatic."

On his 34th birthday, the singer formally announced the pregnancy news to the world by uploading a photo of himself kissing Biel's bare baby belly. The couple reportedly opted for delivery surprise and did not know the sex of the child in advance. The couple has yet to comment on the arrival of the little one in their family.
