Thursday night's episode of "Scandal" was nothing short of shocking.

Olivia Pope's father, Rowan, is back and he wants to take down his daughter. Olivia also wants to do the exact same thing - take down his dad, Hypable reported.

However, Olivia's plans don't come without a price. Rowan wanted to know details about B613 but Olivia refused to give him any information about the group.

By not letting his father in on B613's whereabouts, Olivia is risking President Fitzgerald Grant's career and life.

If Olivia were to push through with her plan of bringing back B613, it would be Fitz who would be at the losing end, according to Hollywood Life.

However, Olivia is much smarter than that and it's quite obvious that she's planning something big.

An annoyed and frustrated Olivia reached out to Jake Ballard, Quinn, Huck and David and aired her desire to take down her own father. However, only Jake was willing to do it for her.

Prior to the end of the episode, Olivia and Jake, who were previously romantically linked to one another, had a very touching moment.

Jake, who has always been in love with Olivia told her that she could always run to him for anything.

However, this pact may no longer push through because towards the end of the episode, Jake was stabbed and was left on the ground to bleed.

The biggest question now is: Is Jake Ballard really dead or will his character reappear in the upcoming episodes?

"Scandal" airs Thursdays on ABC.
