Unlike Vergara's soaring acting career at the age of 42, the actress is having troubles in her personal life. The millionaire TV star is in feud with her ex-fiance, Nick Loeb, over the custody of their frozen, and microscopic, embryos.

Loeb has filed a lawsuit accusing the actress of seeking to thaw, and destroy, the two female embryos which are stored in a Beverly Hills fertility clinic.
