Not everyone is impressed with the performance of Manny Pacquiao's supporter and NFL star Tim Tebow, 27, as the quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles.

In a panel discussion for the episode of "Jim Rome on Showtime" that aired on April 22, Wednesday, on Showtime, Jay Feely, 38, said Tebow is "the single-worst quarterback" he ever saw in his career in the NFL.

At the time, the discussion was about the decision of Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly to add Tebow into his system. Feely's comment put him under fire with Tebow's fans slamming him on Twitter. Feely was quick to respond through tweets.

"Tim Tebow: great man, great competitor, just not a good QB. Sorry if that offends you," Feely tweeted.

Shortly after, Feely wrote, "It amazes me the amount of people who talk about their 'faith' in their bio but cussed me out on Twitter bc of what I said about Tebow."

Tebow is yet to comment on the issue.

Meanwhile, Tebow received a congratulatory message from Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s greatest boxing rival.

"Congratulations Tim Tebow and God Bless. Keep working hard," Pacquiao wrote in his Facebook page on April 21, Tuesday.

Known as one of the celebrities supporting Pacquiao, Tebow took to Instagram to share to his 278,000 followers a photo of himself with the Filipino boxing champ on March 22.

"Awesome being with my Filipino and Christian brother @emmanuelpacquiao
#inspiration," Tebow captioned the photo.

When they met up in Los Angeles, Calif., in March, Pacquiao and Tebow called each other "brothers in Christ," NJ reported.

In a statement obtained by The Los Angeles Times, Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum said Pacquiao and Tebow immediately embraced each other like they had known each other forever during the first time they met.
