The game "Mortal Kombat" is bringing gamers what they have asked for in the past like having "A Nightmare on Elm Street's" Freddy Krueger in the ninth part of the series. This time, a much-requested character is about to make an entrance.
The appearance of cameo guests is normal in the "Mortal Kombat DLC" but the inclusion of Freddy's arch rival, Jason Voorhees is most awaited.
When players came upon Freddy in the previous game, they clamored for Jason as the horrifying bolo-wielding character in the next "Mortal Kombat DLCs". With the DLC packs releasing soon, the players always thought that it will be a dream horror match with Jason and Freddy fighting each other.
However, NetherRealm is still mum on how and what is Jason's style in the game and fans are about to find out once "Mortal Kombat X" becomes available. NetherRealm will also release the Horror Pack with the addition of Jason Voorhees and new skins and costume designs for the three creepy characters in the game namely Mileena, Reptile and Ermac, according to Game Rant.
Another addition is that future packs of DLC which features Predator and Mortal Kombat classic characters will also have new skins. These new skins will be released with the DLC for free which coincides with the upcoming updates of the game, according to Cinema Blend.
Developer Ed Boon also hinted on other DLC characters that might be in "Mortal Kombat X" which will be featured in a Story Pack DLC. It makes characters of Rain, Sindel and Baraka appears in the new story mode but they are not playable.
Available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and on PC, "Mortal Kombat X" will be released on May 5.
