He said that when he is the underdog it means he his completely focused and his killer instinct is there.

However, Mayweather said that he is more calculated and smart than Pacquiao.

"He's won a lot of fights by being reckless but you can be reckless and get knocked out. Just compare our fights against Juan Manuel Marquez - I beat Marquez and Marquez knocked him out," Mayweather said.

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's trainer said that they have worked on a game plan to defeat Mayweather. The trainer said that at Welterweight, Pacquiao's punches are not big. However, his speed can surprise the opponent and that's what they are banking on.

"We've been working on throwing flurries of punches - because Floyd doesn't throw on the counter until you're done - before getting out of the pocket real quick."

Roach added that he has never seen the Filipino fighter in a better shape. He said that Pacquiao is aware that the world is going to watch him fight Mayweather and he is aware that he needs to win this one.

Marquez, the fighter who was in the ring with Pacquiao four times, said that Pacquiao needs to punch Mayweather with "speed, power and accuracy."
