"Once Upon A Time" (OUAT) Season 4 airs its penultimate Episode 21 on May 3, 2015. The upcoming segment is titled "Mother" and delves deeper into Maleficent's story, Emma and Lily's relationship and how Emma's fate is intertwined with the Queen of Darkness. Fans can expect to see lots of drama, action and exciting events in the penultimate episode of "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 4.ABC has released a synopsis for Episode 21 "Mother" on its official website. According to the press release, Emma and Lily, who was revealed to be Maleficent's daughter, reunite in Storybrooke. More than a reunion, it is expected to be a violent confrontation as evil actions of their parents have a major impact on their friendship.
Elsewhere, Regina and Robin Hood try to deal with the news of Zelena's pregnancy and its implications on others. As for Gold, his health begins to deteriorate. Thus, Gold urges Isaac to find a new ally for acquiring the magic ink he need requires for revising the events.
In the flashback to the past events of Fairy Tale Land, Cora or Queen of Hearts comes back on the anniversary of Daniel's murder. She pleads for forgiveness from Regina. Meanwhile, she promises to help Regina in finding her true love. However, Regina doubts her mother's true intentions.
In a promo video (via TV Guide) for "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) Season 4 Episode 21, Regina approaches Lily for help. When she refuses to listen to Regina, the evil queen forcefully slits her palm and takes some blood and vanishes. Fans can also take a glimpse of the events of "Mother" via photos published on TV Fanatic.
Meanwhile, "Once Upon a Time" (OUAT) star Josh Dallas, who portrays Prince Charming, told E!Online that the upcoming segment will feature events that will leave everyone shocked.
"There's big stuff going down, things that are going to shock the fans, things that a lot of the characters, particularly Snow and Charming, something that they don't want to happen," Josh Dallas told the aforementioned publication.
