Latest report state that the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton has given birth to a baby girl weighing 8lbz 3os just two hours after going into labour. She was admitted to Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital at around 6 am in the morning. The princess was in early stages of labour at the time of admission.

The Telegraph reported that the labour progressed normally. Palace official released a statement saying that the princess travelled by car from the palace to the hospital along with the Duke, Prince William. William is on leave to be by his wife's side just like the way he was present during the time of the birth of their first child.
 
The Duchess was around a week overdue since the earlier reports stated that her due date is April 25. The great Kate wait as the media monikerised it led to the speculation that she may have to be induced rife. 

The royal couple was not aware of the gender of the baby, adding to the mounting excitement and betting. This baby will be fourth in line to the throne, behind grandfather Prince Charles, dad Prince William and brother Prince George.
 
Meanwhile, Prince George is currently at the family's apartment in Kensington Palace with both his nanny and grandparents, Carole and Michael Middleton, Daily Mail reported. The entrance of Lindo wing looks nothing less than a battle field with armed men ptotecting the entrance while hundres of media men wait outside with camera and crew in the wait of the next update. The royal couple is yet to dislcose the further details of the baby girl
