According to Robert Flores of ESPN, Mayweather might forego his titles on Monday. Robert Flores tweeted about this new development.


Also, Mayweather declared that his last fight will happen in September this year and then he will retire.

"You know, I'm almost 40 years old now, I've been in the sport 19 years, I've been world champion for 18 years, and I'm truly, truly thankful and I'm blessed," Mayweather said (via Sports Illustrated).

After the fight with Manny Pacquiao, Mayweather admitted that his opponent is a "hell of a fighter." He compared him to one of the best men in the world of boxing.
