The naked woman who broke into Chris Brown's house and slept in his bed has been charged on May 8, Friday, with stalking, burglary and vandalism.

It was reported earlier that Amira Kodcia Ayeb, who will be turning 22 next week, allegedly broke into Brown's home on May 2 and vandalized the interior of his home along with his luxury cars. The woman was arrested five days later when the R&B singer came home to find her clothes strewn all over and "I Love You" and "Mrs Brown" spray painted all over his house.

Ayeb, who was taken into custody, is now charged with one felony count each of first-degree residential burglary, stalking and vandalism. The woman pleaded not guilty in Los Angeles County Superior Court in Van Nuys and her next court appearance is scheduled on May 21.

If the woman is convicted, she will face seven years in state prison, CNN reported. Meanwhile, Brown had told police he did not know Ayeb, and she did not have permission to be in his home.

The singer also shared the turn of events on his Instagram account where in he elaborated in detail how the intruder got too comfortable in her house when she cooked herself several meals and also threw away his daughter's belongings.

The singer also uploaded the stalker's picture on his account in which she is apparently in an undressed state and covered only by a blanket. The post is now deleted.

Ayeb, who is a student and an aspiring singer, had referred herself as Mrs Brown in several online postings. Considering the nature of the crime and past behaviour, questions are raised why police did not place her on a 5150 and her mental health issue has not been pointed out by defense yet, TMZ reported.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's inmate records state that although the alleged stalker was originally held on $50,000 bail, the D.A.'s office said it was seeking to raise it to $220,000.
