Apple's World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) is slated to happen in June this year. It is expected that Apple will reveal some information regarding iOS 9 features. Moreover, reports suggest that iOS 9 jailbreak is going to be tough or impossible.

According to Gizmodo, Apple usually released the new version of iOS two or three months after WWDC or around autumn.

The website noted that during the Conference, Apple might ask the registered developers to test the new iOS and they can improve and tweak it before rolling it out officially for users.

iOS 9 is expected to be out in August 2015.

iOS 9 Interface, Speed And Other Features

The Apple team is working hard on making iOS 9 more stable and increase the speed. Also, they are working on removing bugs.

According to speculations, iOS 9 will come with various shortcuts like the ones users have with iOS 8.

The introduction of a new app called Home is said to be a part of iOS 9. HomeKit is a framework that will allow the smart accessories at home to work with the Apple devices. Regarding the HomeKit accessories, Apple has revealed that an announcement will be made at WWDC.

Siri And Transit

Siri is speculated to get an update in iOS 9. Meanwhile, iOS 9 is also rumoured to get Transit in Maps. This new feature will help in navigation on the subway, bus and train routes. New cities, push notifications and landmarks are also in the pipeline.

New Technology Called Rootless To Fight Jailbreaking iOS 9

According to 9to5Mac, a technology called Rootless is stated to prevent users or users at administrator level to access file systems on an iPad, Mac or iPhone.

The website speculated that with iOS 9 on its way, it is possible that it will come with the Rootless technology that would prevent iOS 9 jailbreak.
