The complete anime character designs from "Boruto: Naruto The Movie" has been revealed. Boruto, Mitsuki and Sarada's anime designs are out. Also, check out the plot details of the Naruto movie.
In the picture revealed, Boruto is in the center, Sarada is placed on the right while Mitsuki is on the left. Anime News Network shared the picture which is featured in the 27th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump.
The magazine also shared plot details of "Boruto: Naruto The Movie" - "Boruto is the son of the 7th Hokage Naruto who completely rejects his father. Behind this, he has feelings of wanting to surpass Naruto, who is respected as a hero. He ends up meeting his father's friend Sasuke, and requests to become... his apprentice!?"
Masashi Kishimoto is the writer of the original story and Kishimoto is also the one behind the character designs. The movie's chief production officer is also Kishimoto. Hiroyuki Yamashita is handling the direction duties of "Boruto: Naruto The Film." Ukyo Kodachi is working with Kishimoto on the script of the movie.
Coming back to "Boruto: Naruto The Movie," the character Mitsuki is new and is not originally featured in the manga. However, he is a part of "Naruto: The Seventh Hokage" as well as "The Scarlet Spring."
Boruto will be played by Yuko Sanpei while Sarada is played by Kokoro Kikuchi. Naruto Uzumaki will be played by Junko Takeuchi and Sasuke Uchiha will be played by Noriaki Sugiyama.
"Boruto: Naruto The Movie" releases on Aug. 7, 2015 in Japan and the tickets will be made available on June 27.
