Donna is gone and "Suits" Season 5, episode 1 will deal with the pressure at Pearson Specter Litt. Harvey is alone as Donna becomes the secretary of Louis. He is set to deal with the element of abandonment in the new episodes.

Gabriel Macht talked to E! Online and shared that a lot is happening on the upcoming "Suits" season. He stated that Donna is not working for Harvey and she is now with Louis.
"Harvey's having a hard time with the element of abandonment, he's in therapy, he's trying to get in touch with his emotions more so now than ever," Macht said.
Rick Hoffman, who portrays Louis Litt, also talked about how Louis is doing in "Suits" Season 5.
"You would think he's happy now that he has Donna at his desk, but being Louis, if you know him at all, you know there's always something - he gets in his own way," Hoffman said.
Recently, Gina Torres and Meghan Markle talked to TV Fanatic and stated that "Suits" Season 5 is all "tears." Markle mentioned that not as many as Rachel's tears in the new season. She stated that it is going to be "multi-layered" and a lot of things are at stake.
Meanwhile, Torres said that Jessica will not be in tears and her character is over Jeff.
"Suits" Season 5 also welcomes John Pyper-Ferguson for a big recurring role. He will portray a character called Jack, who is a partner in the firm and is leading the Compensation Committee.
