Samsung released a statement saying, "We are now leading the next wave of digital signage advancements with our Mirror and Transparent OLED display solutions."

According to Business Insider, the Samsung Mirror can be used in retail stores giving shoppers certain information about the product they are trying to purchase. The Mirror can also be used to "virtually" try items like clothes and other apparels.

The Mirror is also equipped with the latest Intel Real Sense 3D camera that can record videos. This technology can record a person's movement and can insert an overlay of virtual clothing into the recording allowing people to see what they look like before purchasing a certain product.

The camera installed on the Mirror also has voice recording capabilities opening the possibility of controlling it through voice commands.

On the other hand, Samsung said that the Transparent models can be used for signage purposes. Samsung added that its OLED displays provide better contrast and improved viewing angles compared to the ones currently in the market.

Samsung did not announce a specific release date, specs list and pricing range for its new OLED displays. Several speculations claim that Samsung might reveal additional information about its new OLED displays in the upcoming 2015 Electronic Entertainment Expo.
