"Devious Maids" Season 3, Episode 3, titled "The Awful Truth," airs this Monday on Lifetime. Blanca (Naya Rivera), the new maid to join the circle of central characters, appears to be in a very dangerous situation. Taylor Stappord (Brianna Brown), Blanca's employer, is asking for too much and hiding a lot from her. (Spoiler alert: This update contains information on the previous two episodes.)

Taylor and her husband Michael (Brett Cullen) adopted a young girl under mysterious circumstances. Nobody is speaking to any characters about the details of adoption. The child herself has a propensity for silence. Viewers could not miss the darkness in her eyes, art and demeanor.

When Blanca saw this girl's bloodbath art, she determines something is seriously wrong in the Stappord home. After all, Blanca cleaned up a crime scene on her first night. Later, she learned that Taylor was not telling the truth about the crime scene.

The Stappord story is placing Naya Rivera's Blanca arc under the most important plotlines of the season. However, it remains to be seen if the "Glee" alum would stay for more than a few episodes. It seems there is a psychopath in her place of work.

"Blanca suspects her new employer is hiding a lot more than she thought," reads the "Devious Maids" Season 3, Episode 3 synopsis on TV.com. Will Taylor finally be honest with Blanca?

In other developments, the Powells are trying something new to improve their sexy lifestyle. And Carmen Luna (Roselyn Sanchez) is headed for their home as their new maid.
