The tech giant Google has not made any announcement about the Nexus 5 (2015), but there have been many speculations on the features of the upcoming device.

Rumors suggest that 2015 Nexus 5 will come in two models. One model will be made by LG and other model will be made by Huawei.

The electronics maker LG will come up with a new Nexus 5 variant, codenamed LG Bullhead. According to reports, the smartphone will feature a 2700 mAh battery, 64GB of storage, a Qualcomm 808 processor and 5.2-inch Quad HD display.

On the other hand, the Chinese tech giant Huawei will come up with a new version of Nexus 6, codenamed Huawei Angler. Reports suggest that the next Nexus 6 device will offer a 3,500 mAh battery, a Snapdragon 810 processor and 5.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels.

It is anticipated that the two devices will come out with the latest Android M out of the box which is presently under development.

Rumors are also doing the rounds that the Google Nexus 5 will have an iris scanner. It is expected that the  iris scanner will come to the LG smartphone and not the Huawei device. Also, one of the most expected features on the upcoming Google Nexus phone is the fingerprint scanner.

Furthermore, according to ValueWalk report, the 2015 Nexus 5 could come with an excellent 3D camera. The report added that the 3D camera module is particularly for LG's version of the smartphone and not Huawei's. It is expected that the 2015 Nexus 5 will be released this fall.

Meanwhile, Nexus 5 (2015) Poll shows that Android fans want LG to make the next Nexus, Android Pit reported. About 45 % of the users want LG to build the new Nexus 5.

Other companies shown in the poll also got an exciting result. Sony received 11% of the votes, Samsung received 9%, Motorola received 10% and Huawei received 6%. Smaller companies such as Lenovo and Asus received 1%  and 3%.
