Contrary to previous rumors claiming that the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus will measure 154.45 mm x 75.80 mm x 6.85 mm, new ones suggest that it is smaller than that. According to Sammobile, the device's dimension is actually around 151 mm x 73 mm. The report added that the upcoming device has an internal codename of Project Zero 2 and will be released as model SM-G928.

In 2014, Samsung's Project Zero was revealed as the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. The moniker Project Zero 2 only adds to the increasing hype that Samsung is developing a successor to its Galaxy S series.

According to BGR, the SM-G928 model will sport either a 5.4-inch or 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen. It will also have a curved edge just like in the current Galaxy S6 Edge model. Additional specs include a six core Snapdragon 808 processor, 32 gigabyte of internal storage, 16-megapixel camera equipped with optical image stabilization and support for 4K video recording.

The increasing hype surrounding the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus poses a dilemma about the current status of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

However, a recent leak reveal a detailed specs sheet for the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy Note 5 Edge.

According to Slash Gear, the Galaxy Note 5 will have a 1440 x 2560 Super AMOLED display. It is still not definitive whether Samsung will opt for a 2K or 4K support. For the device's processor, the leak claim that it will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 or any of its Exynos equivalent.

The Galaxy Note 5 will have 3 gigabyte of RAM and a 3220 mAh battery. It will have a 13-megapixel back camera and 8-megapixel front camera both with optical image stabilization.

The Galaxy Note 5 Edge on the other hand was revealed to have similar specs for with the Galaxy Note 5 except for the 1600 x 2560 Super AMOLED display. Additionally, the Galaxy Note 5 Edge will have curved sides just like the Galaxy S6 Edge and the device might not come with an S Pen.
