Sony's tablets are getting better over the years, refining its features such as slim profile, super-high res display and all the latest chips inside.

The Japanese electronic giant’s latest Android tablet, Xperia Z4, appears like its predecessors. However, it comes with a keyboard docking station to work it like a laptop. The keyboard dock can connect wirelessly, while the tablet is being held by rubber inserts in a slot above the keys.

Xperia Z4 has a flat, silver border design with favor of soft, rounded edges. This tablet is the thinnest with a measurement of 6.1mm, and weighs only 394 grams because most of its body parts are made of plastic. Compared to Apple iPad Air 2, Xperia Z4 is 18 percent lighter, PC World reported.

The Xperia Z4 sports 10.1-inch 2K display with screen resolution of 2560 x 1600-pixels. Sony claims that it is 40-percent brighter compared to Z2 Tablet. It also run under Android 5.0.2 Lollipop with a Snapdragon 810 processor, and its 3GB of RAM has 32GB of expandable storage. The tablet also possessed a 6,000mAh battery, optional LTE, and an impressive Bluetooth keyboard accessory that turns the device into a reliable work tool.

Xperia Z4 has an impressive 5.1-megapixels front camera and its rear camera is at 8.1-megapixels. Both of them sports video recording in 1080p resolution. Its front camera can take high resolution selfie that fits perfectly on notebook screen, while its video recording can offer a good video-conferencing calls. Its rear camera has an improved color coordination and offer fine details of the photos, according to Techno Buffalo.

The tablet also comes with PS4 Remote Play support that lets the users play games from PS4 consoles to the tablet. This is underrated feature of the tablet but it works well and meets the expectations of players.
