While the U.S. proudly claimed the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup title on Sunday, July 5th, there is one more feather added to their cap with the tournament's best player Carli Lloyd's mesmerizing fastest hat-trick. The final was held in Vancouver, Canada where U.S. registered a 5-2 win over Japan and reclaimed the title after 16 years, since 1999.

By winning the title for the third time (1991, 1999 & 2015), USA became the only country in history to have lifted the Women's World Cup thrice. They scored the first four goals in mere first 16 minutes of the match, which included the hat-trick by Lloyd and a magnificent score by Lauren Holiday at the 14th minute.

Lloyd's hat-trick was the first time ever in the history of Women's World Cup final scored in just 16 minutes, and only the second in the history of World Cup Final. The team captain Abby Wambach commented on Lloyd's performance saying "Carli Lloyd? Give me a break. I've seen it first-hand how hard she works. She won us this world cup", reports theguardian.

Lloyd's goals in the final added to the list of the best goals from the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. She completed her hat-trick with a suave yet a jaw-dropping strike from the halfway line, which just went swinging past the Japanese goalkeeper, Ayum Kaihori straight into the net. Prior to this her magnificent long hit past the Chinese goalkeeper at the 51st minute led U.S. to the semifinals.

According to BBC, the other players who deserve a mention in the list of best goals are Daniela Montoya from Colombia, Amandine Henry from France, Lucy Bronze from England, etc. Montoya scored a wonder goal against Uruguay in the 82nd minute of the match. The astonishing goal from the France midfielder Henry who hit the ball from 30 yards against Mexico during the final match of Group F comes next. Needless to mention, the insane strike by Lucy Bronze from the penalty arc was another visual treat in the 76th minute of the game, was a clear winner for England against Norway.

However, Lloyd beats all and added six goals to her account in the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup. She won the best player title with the Golden Ball trophy.
