A new Android Wear version is expected be released in the next few weeks. The new features included in the updated Android Wear are watch-to-watch messaging system and an interactive interface.
Current Android Wear Watches have a swipe interactive face, which may confuse users on whether they are purchasing the new version Android Wear watch or the old one. There exists no clear indication on how the Together element will integrate into Hangouts. There is a possibility to restrict the feature to a single watch face at the initial stage, which proves ineffective.
