A price cut on previous devices signals that a new gadget will be released soon. Online retailer Expansys USA drops the price of Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL. The unlocked versions of the Lumia 640 and the Lumia 640 XL can be bought for $174.99 and $199.99, respectively. This is 20 percent less than its original price.
Aside from the aforementioned handsets, Nokia Lumia 1020 is now available for $1399.99 from the same US reseller.
Meanwhile, Windows Central published some of the leaked specs and features of Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL. Below are the listed specs of the upcoming handsets - Talkman and Cityman

Rumors are pointing for the possible announcement of the device in November. However, neither Microsoft nor Nokia revealed any detail about the upcoming handsets.
