iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus release is coming real soon as a new round of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus discounts emerged online thanks to its return in Virgin Mobile USA.
Virgin Mobile USA dropped the iPhone from its lineup of offered devices in February, but returned the smartphone and slashed $100 off the full retail price of the iPhone models. Thus, the 16GB iPhone is now available for $549.99, while the iPhone 6 Plus price is down to $649.99.
Meanwhile, Virgin Mobile USA also offers the 8GB iPhone 5C for $299.
Unfortunately, the carrier only offers the three aforementioned models. There is no word yet whether it has plans to offer other storage variants. However, this hinted that the upcoming iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will be available in the said carrier.
Amazon also offers iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus discounts. The biggest online retailer offers the 64GB iPhone 6 for $809, while the 128GB is available for $870.
Aside from iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus discounts, new leaked images of the upcoming iPhone indicated that the new generation of the smartphone will be coming soon. The alleged display components of iPhone 6S suggested the inclusion of Force Touch technology and sturdier panel to prevent bendgate problems.
Some of the purported features of the iPhone 6S are A9 processor, 4 GB of RAM, iOS 9 with software features such as Car Play, Apple Watch, HealthKit, and Apple Pay as well as improved Touch ID fingerprint sensor.
Moreover, the new iPhone will be available in more color options aside from the current silver, gold and space gray variants. Apple is reportedly mulling over the idea of a pink iPhone to appeal to female users.
However, Apple has not confirmed the aforementioned rumors.
