The episode 7 of "Suits" season 5 entitled "Hitting Home" showed a sensational introduction, starting with the a big comeback of two familiar faces, Jessica Pearson and Jack Soloff who immediately builds up tension.
As shown in the episode's promotional clip, Daniel Hardman was seen. He is back in the series and his long-time rival Jessica is obviously not too thrilled. Revenge on Jessica and her little league of lawyers is Hardman's reason of appearing once again.
The long-standing enmity between the lawyers started in season two when Hardman was thrown out of Pearson Specter Litt (PSL), resulting in a court case against the firm that forced Pearson Specter to merge with Darby International just to be able to resolve the issue.
Aside from Hardman, Louis' sister Esther, also paved her comeback to the show. Esther came back to solve a problem discreetly, as was promised by the episode synopsis from Spoilers Guide. However, Louis apparently was not an expert at keeping their family issues concealed, and made things even worse. Harvey was also seen punching Louis. While there could be plenty of reasons why he did it, it has marked the first for both characters' physical violence against each other.
Meanwhile, Louis and Mike took over Harvey's responsibility for his oldest client, while Donna tried her best to provide Rachel's request of making her dream wedding possible. Also, Harvey reeled Dr. Agard's testimony about his panic attacks and had to finally make a decision to one of his toughest cases.
"Suits" season 5 airs on Wednesdays, 9 p.m. EST on USA Network.
