Samsung Galaxy S7 release may happen earlier than expected as the smartphone is expected to be completed in December.

Thanks to the new technology adopted by Samsung, the company is able to speed up the process of making smartphones. According to Korea media source Asia Today, Samsung let go of its "Waterfall" method and adopted "agile" method of developing new devices.

This means that the new method will break down the various aspects of the device development. These aspects are developed one at a time, but also test the larger concept during the process. In comparison, the "Waterfall" method follows a step-by-step procedure of device development without backtracking. The new "Agile" method will minimize bugs and the problems in the device will be spotted immediately.

Moreover, the "Agile" method allows the company to introduce a new feature or piece of hardware later, which is a clear cut advantage to the smartphone.

Due to the adoption of this new development process, Samsung Galaxy S7 release is expected to happen way earlier next year. The current Samsung Galaxy S6 was announced in February and hit the market a month after. Some reports jumped into conclusion that the handset will be launched in January 2016.

The rumored features of the Samsung Galaxy S7 are scarce and the Korea-based tech giant is reportedly mulling whether the smartphone will pack a Qualcomm processor or Samsung's own Exynos chipset. Samsung is reportedly testing two units of Samsung Galaxy S7 powered by each processor.

Meanwhile, nothing is certain until Samsung announce the official details of the Samsung Galaxy S7.
