The reality show star and "Hello, Harry" actress was arrested for supposedly stealing from a Target outlet in San Fernando Valley in Los Angeles, Us Weekly reported.

On Aug. 2, Richards reportedly shoplifted over 100 things from the Target outlet, amounting to $612, according to the Los Angeles City Attorney. She was in custody on Aug. 9, Sunday, night before her release on a bail of $5,000 the next day.

Richards pleaded not guilty to charges and will appear in court on Aug. 20. The star was initially arrested in April for public inebriation, cordless, and resisting arrest after a confrontation with the police while drunk at Beverly Hill Hotel. She later went to a rehab for a month.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight in July, Richards talked about her struggle with alcoholism. She said that she loved abstinence and relapsing was very difficult for her.

"I always loved sobriety, and relapsing was very difficult for me," Richards said. "I have to say, do not mistake me, but I wished to go for treatment because I needed a break from what I was undergoing at home."

Citing family distress as a driving force to her alcoholism, Richards said, "Monty, my ex-husband, is very ill, and my son was unwell. I had to give away my dog, and I was in bad terms with my sister (Kyle Richards)."

Concerning her April arrest, Richards admitted that it was her "a-ha" that pushed her away to take a break from the distressing life.
