Even if reality star Kim Kardashian posted her nude selfie to dispel fake pregnancy rumors, her motives would be suspected that she used the image to attract public attention.

After all, the stepdaughter of Caitlyn Jenner is known for willingness to bare her body to be more famous or attract more social media followers that a news anchor walked out when another Kim Kardashian news was about to be read by his co-anchor. Earlier this week, Kim posted a photo of her cleavage which added 100,000 to her 42 million Instagram followers.

She captioned her preggy selfie, which showed Kim's back, tummy and butt, "First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it ... Now they say I'm too big to be faking it." Kim explains that she looks big on some days because she was photographed after eating, reports LA Times.

One hand covers her breast for the selfie shot, while the other holds the smartphone. Kim says that if she would get a surrogate - as the rumors speculate - she would likewise document it.

It is her second pregnancy after Kim gave birth to daughter North West in June 2013. This time, she does not have preeclampsia, the medical condition that caused her to swell two years ago. Whether her second child would be a boy or a girl, Kim insists, "Whatever the case may be I'm grateful to God for this miracle & no matter what rumors or comments you throw my way this time they truly don't affect me!"

Meanwhile, her fondness for posting everything about her life got Kim's drugmaker in trouble. According to CNN, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration warned pharmaceutical firm Duchesnay USA to stop misbranding Diclegis after Kim omitted all the risk information on the pregnancy-related motion sickness drug.

Kim, a paid spokesperson of Duchesnay, in her Instagram, Facebook and Twitter post, wrote that her doctor prescribed her the drug which has "been studied and there was no increased risk to the baby." Duchesnay said the initial post by Kim in social media would be the last under their partnership.

In a statement, the pharma firm states, "Duchesnay USA takes its regulatory responsibilities very seriously, and acknowledges its communications, including in social media as in this particular instance, need to be in accordance with applicable rules and regulations."
