Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini is all set to be released on Aug. 13, Thursday, with a price tag of around $400.
The device is expected to come with a display screen of 4.7 inches, according to BGR. It will be unveiled at the Samsung Unpacked Event along with Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+, according to GSM Arena.
It may also be equipped with an HD 720 pixel display and powered with an Exynos 7420 processor. It may even be powered with a Snapdragon 808 SoC. It may also be equipped with an Adreno 418 GPU.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Mini is expected to also feature a glass and metal combination and follow the conventional design language of the flag ship Samsung Galaxy S6.
The device will also be equipped with Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box, which will soon be updated to Android M. It is expected to sport a RAM of 2GB, which will definitely boost up the performance of the smaller variant of Samsung Galaxy S6.
It is rumored to feature a Micro USB port and a loudspeaker on its body. alongwith an audio jack. It is expected to be equipped with a 16 mega pixel rear camera and the front facing camera will be of 5 mega pixels, perfect for the selfies and for using the video calling feature. It may also sport a battery capacity of 3000 mAh.
