Daniel Hardman is back and he is coming hard on Pearson Spector Litt in "Suits" Season 5, episode 9 titled "Uninvited Guests." Also, Laura and Rachel are planning Rachel's dream wedding.

The title of "Suits" Season 5, episode 9 can be viewed in two different ways. From Daniel's perspective, Jessica Pearson, Louis Litt and Harvey Specter are the uninvited guests in the firm he was once a part of.
From Jessica's perspective, it is Daniel who is the "uninvited guest." In the promo of "Suits" Season 5, episode 9, Harvey says that Daniel can no way enter the firm. But, Daniel like a warrior not only enters the firm but threatens Jessica.
He tells her that he is going to take back from her what belongs to him. It is the firm that he wants. He and Jack Soloff team up to fight against Jessica and her forces.
In the synopsis of "Suits" Season 5, episode 9, Harvey and Mike get stuck with Hardman's backer. It is yet to be seen who the backer is.
"Rachel and her mother, Laura Zane, plan for Rachel's dream wedding, but Rachel fears the event may reveal Mike's secret. Meanwhile Daniel Hardman and Jack Soloff make their move against Jessica and the partners, as Harvey and Mike tangle with Hardman's mysterious backer, and Louis tries to find Jack's Achilles heel."
