These days when a few people pay attention to flight safety instructions, a flight attendant's fun initiative did not only get everyone listening to him, he also successfully encouraged millions of people to learn about flight safety.

WestJet Attendant Michael McAdam startled the audience when he widened his eyes while furiously pointing at every passenger demanding their attention. Then he quickly flipped the safety instructions manual like a magician. He mimicked Santa Claus' sounds before dancing to Wonder Girls' "Nobody but You" while demonstrating how to fasten a seatbelt.

McAdam taught the audience the proper use of the mask while doing duck movements imagining that the mask was his duck beak. He was also doing some breathing exercise while pretending he was on Yoga. Finally, he pointed the exit rows with a wink.

The funny flight steward also wiggled his butt endlessly before capping his performance with an elegant curtsy, CNET reported.

The audience was wild during his flamboyant routine. Everyone was clapping and cheering on their seats. A passenger was able to capture McAdam as he spiced up the aisle. The video was first uploaded on Facebook before it made rounds on various social networking sites.

A related performance happened at the Philippine skies three years ago where the cabin crew of Cebu Pacific grooved to "All I Want for Christmas" while doing their safety demo.

According to the virality study, videos like these become viral because they make people laugh and they also advocate public safety. It leads viewers to want to educate their friends and solicit their friends' reaction to these strange and intriguing methods, Harvard Business Review reported.
