After Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill and Drake, Calvin Harris and Zayn Malik are the latest musicians who are involved in a controversial Twitter war. Recently, Swift's boyfriend mocked the former One Direction member's singing talent.
"@zaynmalik best of luck, genuinely. You've got a great voice," Harris tweeted Malik on Aug. 17, Monday.
The Twitter feud between Harris and Malik started when Swift's boyfriend Harris responded to one of the former One Direction member's retweets of a post from the account @FemaleTexts in which Swift's comments on Spotify's treatment of artist royalties is compared to the comments made by Miley Cyrus dismissing album sales.
It appears that Harris did not like how it was implied that Swift is greedy when it comes to her album sales.
In other news, Malik was accused of stealing One Direction's stylist Caroline Watson, Mirror has learned. When he left his former bandmates Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Malik reportedly made sure Watson came with him.
Since Malik, Payne, Tomlinson, Styles and Horan joined "X Factor" in 2010, Watson had been with them as they rose through the ranks of the music industry.
Recently, Payne clarified that there is no bad blood between One Direction and Malik. He said Malik is still supportive of One Direction, Seventeen has learned.
Malik did not attend the recent Teen Choice Awards 2015, in which One Direction won Choice Muric Group: Male, Choice Summer Music Star: Group and Choice Male Hottie, among others.
