WWE Smackdown - After having one of the best Monday Night Raw episodes for quite some time, the feud and tensions built upon will continue to unravel on Smackdown on Thursday in Providence, Rhode Island.
'The New Day' will try to level things up with the returning Dudley Boyz after getting a 3D beatdown from the 24-time tag-team title holder on their first WWE Monday Night Raw stint since becoming the new WWE tag-tem champion. The budding rivalry between two factions could lead to an entertaining match at the next WWE PPV Night of Champions.
Meanwhile, Becky Lynch and Charlotte will have to hold their ground against the Bella Twins without their de-facto leader Paige. It's true that this Divas Revolution has revived interest in the Divas' division, but the WWE creatives have gotten to the point of actually overdoing it by featuring too much team vs. team match instead of starting a tournament for the WWE Divas gold.
Still licking his wounds after getting ambushed by Sting on what was supposed to be a crowning moment for him as United States and WWE World Heavyweight Champion on Raw, Seth Rollins will more likely vent off his anger on the mike, giving the fans a picture of what he can possibly do on the Icon once they meet up inside the squared circle few weeks from now at Night of Champions.
Finally in the main event, Dean Ambrose will go one-on-one with Mr. Money in the Bank Sheamus. Unfortunately, the Wyatt Family with its newly-recruited giant Braun Strowman are expected to crash the party, looking to sustain their post-SummerSlam dominance on the Shield tandem of Ambrose and Roman Reigns.
