Gemma Whelan playing Yara Greyjoy and Pilou Asbæk confirmed to portray Euron Greyjoy have been spotted in the area. Ballintoy Harbour will most likely be the set for the Iron Islands.

In the show, Balon's death is certain after the Red Lady Melisandre crafted a usurper curse to bring forth the death of Renly Baratheon, Joffrey Baratheon, and Balon. The first two have died so far.

In the omens in Stark's dreams, Balon was killed by a faceless man waiting on the bridge. Fans are eager to know who among Jaqen H'ghar, the Waif, or Stark, will finish off the King of the Iron Islands.

It was also mentioned in the prophecies that "a drowned crow with seaweed hanging from its wings," will have a connection to Balon's death. Since Euron is also known as Crow's Eye because he only reveals one of his eyes, it is possible that Euron directed the faceless men to kill his brother, Vanity Fair predicted.

The casting of Euron also signals the death of Balon.

In the novel, "A Song of Ice and Fire," which inspired "GoT," Euron was exiled by his brother Lord Balon after Euron raped the salt wife of his other brother Victarion Greyjoy. Upon the destined death of Balon, Euron is expected to come back home to claim the Seastone Chair.
