According to latest reports, the tech giant Apple is set to reveal the iPad Pro on Sept. 9, along with the new iPhones. Rumors are also doing the rounds that the the iPad Mini 4 will be released during the event.
After the iPad Pro is revealed, the tech company is planning to allow consumers to begin pre-ordering the device in October and then ship the orders by November.
The release of the iPad Mini 4 and iPad Pro has been rumored for the past few months; however, there is no actual indication that either tablet will make an appearance at the event next week.
It is expected that the iPad Mini 4 will feature a 7.9-inch display and an 8-megapixel iSight camera. Furthermore, the upcoming tablet will have 2GB of RAM and an A9 processor.
On the other hand, the iPad Pro is expected to feature a 12.2-inch screen with a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels.The tablet will run iOS 9.1 operating system. In addition, the forthcoming device will have Force Touch technology, NFC support for online Apple Pay and a USB Type-C support.
Meanwhile, some retailers are offering major discounts on the iPad mini 3. According to Mac Rumors, Apple will be giving major discounts on the Retina MacBook Pro, the MacBook Air, the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3.
Retail giant Best Buy is said to be offering major discounts on the iPad mini 3 by up to $100. The 128GB iPad mini 3 is being offered for $499.99 and the 16GB iPad mini 3 is available for $299.99.
