Developer Konami had officially announced the bug on "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" in all the platforms of the game.
It appears that players will encounter the bug after missions 29 or 42, stopping the player's progress. This can be a massive problem, but not without a solution, one that Konami has provided.
The developer's tip is for players to avoid having Quiet as a buddy when doing the two missions, Game Informer reported. The good news is that Konami already appears to know the root of the problem, as it had identified the simple solution with Quiet. In addition, Konami is already looking at a fix for the issue, though the developer has yet to announce any specific details regarding the release window.
Still, this has not stopped "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" from becoming one of the best titles to be released so far. Despite the controversy and drama that unfolded with the making of the game, the final addition to Kojima's masterpiece has delivered nothing short of its promises to fans.
From the high PC graphics to added support for 4K gaming, the reviews for the overall experience of "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" have been very positive. In fact, in an analysis of the game, Eurogamer even found that the PC version may be the best when enjoying the game. This is not to say that the PS4 and Xbox One do not have their own share of positives in graphics and quality. However, in the recent testing, some details on the PS4 and Xbox One are lower compared to the PC. Some preset levels and settings do set the PC apart, making the finer details and contrasts even more refined.
Even better news for PC players is that the extra settings and details can easily be achieved with a light CPU. The source added that players will only need the recommended 8GB of RAM, 2GB of GDDR5 and even an Intel i3 processor to achieve 1080p gameplay.
