Series creator Edward Kitsis even teased about the return of the OUAT character Red Riding Hood during TVLine's Fall Preview Q&A. Kitsis hoped that there will be a full moon because someone might appear.
Ruby/Red Riding Hood was last seen in the finale episode of "Once Upon a Time" Season 3 titled "There's No Place Like Home." Ory parted ways with the OUAT family to star in CBS' TV series titled "Intelligence" as Riley Neal, the U.S. CyberCom Special Agent assigned to protect Gabriel Vaughn (Josh Holloway).

Ory's other television work included appearances in "True Justice," "Psych," NBC's "Knight Rider" reboot and CW Network's "Supernatural." Meanwhile, TVOvermind reports that a promo video titled "Whole New World" got released over the weekend to tease the exciting scenes in "Once Upon a Time" Season 5.

The brief promo video teases the new OUAT characters such as King Arthur of Camelot (Liam Garrigan), his gallant knights and "Brave" princess Merida (Amy Manson). The other new characters that the OUAT fans will meet in the upcoming new season include Merlin (Elliot Knight), Guinevere (Joanna Metrass), Percival (Andrew Jenkins) and Lancelot (Sinqua Walls).

The promo video has further teased that the clash between good and evil will be intense in "Once Upon a Time" Season 5. Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison) declares in the promo video that the fight to control her darkness has just started while Snow White/Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) showed her the Dark One's dagger.

Emma, the Savior of Storybrooke, sacrificed herself and became the new Dark One in the finale episode of "Once Upon a Time" Season 4 in order to prevent the darkness from destroying the town and the people that she cares about like her villain-turned-hero friend Regina/Evil Queen (Lana Parrilla). The other scenes in the promo video also teased about the old and new Dark One crossing paths, a fight scene between OUAT characters Zelena/Wicked Witch of the West (Rebecca Maden) and Captain Hook (Colin O'Donoghue) and an earthquake hitting Granny's (Beverley Elliott) diner in Storybrooke.

"Once Upon a Time" Season 5 is scheduled to premiere on Sunday night, Sept. 27, at 8/7c on ABC.
