When the actual iOS 9 jailbreak release date is not yet written in stone but the hope glimmers that it could happen very soon. Thanks to iH8Sn0w, it has been proven that jailbreaking the latest Apple mobile operating system is quite possible so the next jailbreak touchdown shouldn't take too long.
And even if the package will not arrive early, holding out for the iOS customization tool should be worth the trouble. Here are the reasons why:
Nothing big or exciting on iOS 9
The urge to jump from the latest iOS 8 build to iOS 9 is not too strong when iOS 7 came out as the latter is a huge spring from iOS 6. As Apple has earlier indicated, the new iOS version is mostly focused on better performance and stability, which in reality is always the highlight of new iOS patches and updates.
So there is nothing really compelling about iOS 9 for iPhone and iPad users to make a hasty jump and the same applies for users of modified iOS devices. Escape the routine upgrade headaches
Why fix when it is not broken is the safe bet for those currently in fully working iOS 8 jailbreak. Apart from breaking the jailbreak, upgrading to iOS 9 will mean opening the door for a host of problems to set in such crashing problems, easily drained battery life and weak network connection.
It is best to stick with the current jailbreak version, wait out for iOS 9 and jailbreak and reap the benefits of being patient.

And the main incentive of patiently waiting for the iOS jailbreak is tasting what the original has to offer plus more. More is chiefly enjoying the iOS liberty and functionalities that are inaccessible outside of the jailbreak community. For one, there will be Cydia tweaks that will replicate iOS 9 features not found on old iPhones like 3D Touch.
There will be more to gain just by playing the waiting game for now. It is likely that the iOS 9 jailbreak release date is shortly after the arrival of iOS 9.1 update as the case in past jailbreak rollouts.
