Cuoco told Shape how there has been a drastic change in her eating habits, particularly how her late night snacking has evolved. She added how she binge ate with her husband Ryan Sweeting. They had this habit of bedtime snacking, where they would keep on eating candies placed in the drawers next to their bed.

Earlier, Cuoco told the magazine that she had never worked so hard in her life to look so good. It took her a lot of years to figure out what workout routine exactly worked for her body. With all the hard work she put in, the actress admits she does not want to go back into the "bad eating habit" zone.

Currently, the actress has reportedly cut out all "crap" from her diet; their refrigerator and pantry has no junk food stuffs. The 29-year old blonde beauty added a lot of almonds and egg whites in her strict diet regimen. It was not at all easy for her, as she amped her workout routines, not missing even a single day and resisting hunger pangs. Cuoco-Sweeting joked during TheTonight Show, "Egg white, almonds, air".

The actress has topped the Forbes list of the world's highest paid TV actresses 2015 with earnings of $28.5 million.
