"Big Brother US" season 17 is just a day away from crowning a new winner, and it seems that Vanessa will do everything in her power to bring home $500,000.
After aligning with two sides of the house, Vanessa reached the final 3, and it seems that she's forgotten who helped her get there.
In the past, Vanessa aligned with Austin, Liz and Julia, but she later on realized that working with them could only secure her until the final 4 spot.
This was when she decided to work with Johnny Mac and Steve, both of which have been aligned with each other since the beginning of the competition.
With Steve and Johnny Mac, Vanessa realized that she could be in the final 3. However, the biggest realization she had is that she can manipulate both of them without any difficulty.
Last week, Vanessa played a crucial spot in sending Austin and Johnny Mac home, so it seems quite obvious that she will be repairing the damage she caused.
Her only way to do this is if she once again aligns herself with Liz, and promise to take her to the final 2 spot.
However, Vanessa's bold move in turning her back from Steve could bite her because she's not necessarily anyone's favorite this season.
If she will be up against Liz, she will automatically be down by a few votes, because Liz was able to make good friends throughout the entire summer.
The same thing goes if Vanessa ends up with Steve in the final 2. If this happens, everyone who were played by Vanessa could most likely vote against her favor.
"Big Brother US" season 17 will air its finale episode on Sept. 23 on CBS.
